Checking in

We got this

This will be a quick one.

So Trump’s back. Somehow it doesn’t feel surprising given the political trends these past few years.

I know it will now seem like they’re invincible, but they’re not. They never are. No one ever is.

I’m not going to say don’t mourn, but please check in with those around you who are as vulnerable as you are, if not more so.

Now’s the time to organise and build. Yes the fascists are going to be at their most powerful in a century, and that is terrifying.

I’m scared as well, but I refuse to despair. There’s no time for that. We have a lot of work to do.
